Proposal to Alter Interest-on Trust Accounts Withdrawn in Ohio

The Ohio Legal Assistant Foundation (OLAF) recently withdrew a proposal that would have impacted Interest Only Trust Accounts and Interest on Lawyer’s Trust Accounts in the Buckeye State.
