Consulting Firm Predicts Title Industry Volume to Slow in 2010, but Value Proposition Remains

While Keefe Bruette & Woods project mortgage originations will fall 24 percent to $1.6 trillion in 2010, the consulting firm reports the title insurance industry will benefit from improved pricing, better agent splits and continued expense management efforts, providing some offset to the slowing volumes.
