Old Republic to Announce 4Q and Year-end Results

January 14, 2010

Old Republic International Corp. will hold a conference call at 3 p.m. ET on Jan. 28 to discuss fourth-quarter and full-year results.

The call can be accessed live on Old Republic's website at www.oldrepublic.com.

Investors may access a replay of the call by dialing 888-203-1112, pass code 4939212, which will be available through Feb. 4. The replay will also be available on Old Republic International's website through Feb. 28.
