Judge Fails to Dismiss RICO Claims Against Underwriters

A U.S. district judge failed to dismiss three class action Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuits accusing title insurance companies of allegedly overcharging consumers for title insurance on purchase and refinance transactions.
