First American Lawsuit Attacks the Fund’s Joint Venture

March 23, 2010

The complaint requests the court to declare that the Fund is impaired or insolvent and to order Department of Financial Services to initiate delinquency proceedings to liquidate or rehabilitate it, while also force the termination of certain activities and services of the joint venture with Old Republic.
