Title Agents Feverishly Close Deals Not Knowing Fate of Tax Credit Deadline

While it remained in limbo whether a bill extending the deadline for closing tax credit eligible transactions would be passed, title agents and closers across the country took many steps to complete as many deals as possible by the deadline.
