Draft of 2011 ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey Standards Completed

September 9, 2010

The proposed 2011 standards are the result of a two-year effort by ALTA and National Society of Professional Surveyors, and resulted in the first major rewrite since they were first adopted in 1962.
