ALTA Urges Support for Covered Bond Legislation to Aid Commercial Market

The American Land Title Association joined 12 other associations in a letter to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing & Urban Affairs urging support for covered bond legislation in order to provide an additional source of liquidity to help raise much needed capital to fund commercial real estate loans.
