HUD Discusses Disclosure of Sales and Use Taxes on GFE/HUD-1

December 16, 2010

In its latest roundup, HUD disclusses disclosure of the New York sales and use tax on information services (such as abstracts of title and other public record searches) purchased by title companies on the GFE and HUD-1/1A; disclosure of services obtained in prior transactions on the GFE and HUD-1; and disclosure of verifications of employment or deposit charges on the GFE.
