Nevada Bill Would Increase Recording Fees

April 5, 2011

The bill would require a county recorder to charge a $3 fee for recording a document, instrument, paper, notice, deed, conveyance, map, chart, survey or any other writing other than an originally signed copy of a certificate of marriage.
