ALTA Files Brief in Massachusetts Foreclosure Lawsuit

To help title companies underwrite REO transactions in Massachusetts, ALTA is asking the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to clarify what impact an improper foreclosure has on the title of a third party who purchased the property at the foreclosure.
