Latest GSE Reform Bill Includes Title Insurance Requirement

A bi-partisan GSE reform bill proposed by Rep. John Campbell (R-CA) and Gary Peters (D-MI) to overhaul the federal mortgage finance system would require the placement of title insurance on loans sold on the secondary market.
