Enterprise Workflow Platforms Provide Title Agents Alternative to Traditional Settlement Software Applications

Companies must contend with real-world system reliability, including service interruptions that may shut down some, occasionally all, processing points, as hosted closing software applications are totally dependent on connectivity for user access. An option that may prove viable to title agents is the use of a high-speed enterprise workflow with the power and reliability of locally hosted and updated software applications.
