Fannie Mae Issues New Servicing Standards for Delinquent Loans

Fannie Mae released new standards for mortgage servicers related to delinquency management requirements following a directive from the Federal Housing Finance Agency requiring Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to align their guidelines for servicing delinquent mortgages they own or guarantee.
