ALTA President to Testify During Congressional Hearing on Wednesday

July 12, 2011

ALTA President Anne Anastasi will testify Wednesday during a hearing before the Financial Services Insurance, Housing and Community Opportunity Subcommittee titled “Mortgage Origination: The Impact of Recent Changes on Homeowners and Businesses.” Anastasi will testify that the best way to improve the mortgage origination process is to improve federally mandated mortgage disclosures.
