Title Industry Survey Measures Operating Statistics, Curative Efforts

September 6, 2011

The survey, which will be available Sept. 27, evaluates the current status and operations of the industry at the agent and abstracter level, while also collecting data on the industry's curative and loss mitigation efforts and the current state of regulatory affairs regarding state and national statistical calls.
