VA Announces Funding Fee Refund Procedures

November 1, 2011

Last month, the Department of Veterans Affairs updated the funding fee requirements for VA-guaranteed loans. The VA released a circular announcing that the Funding Fee Payment System has been updated to calculate the funding fee changes for loans closed on or after Oct. 1, 2011.
