Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Seeks Title Insurance Analyst

The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies is looking to hire a title insurance analyst.
The position, which is only open to Colorado residents, exists to perform technical informal examinations, investigations and other analysis of title insurance entities (licensed producers and agencies).
In accordance with internal procedures, this position provides reports of investigation or other analysis which have been performed to assure compliance with Colorado insurance laws, rules and regulations. This position also makes recommendations to management and senior management, including the Commissioner of Insurance, for appropriate corrective actions, frequently working in concert, and closely, with other sections of the Division and the Attorney General's office, and assists in completing special projects as assigned by the supervisor. The position assigns and reviews other's work, prepares reports for Division and Department management and the Colorado Legislature, drafts and reviews Division rules, analyzes pended license applications and makes recommendations to management regarding whether to issue the license, and coordinates the Title Advisory Council.
