First American Settles Claims Suit With Bank of America, Fiserv

First American Financial settled a lawsuit with Bank of America and Fiserv Solutions for allegedly failing to pay or failed to timely respond to certain claims made on title insurance policies issued in connection with home equity loans or lines of credit that are now in default.
