NAIC to Analyze Risk-Based Capital for Title Insurers

The National Association of Insurance Commissioner’s Capital Adequacy (E) Task Force is developing a subgroup to identify major risks for title insurance and if it makes sense to develop a risk-based capital formula for title insurers.
