Underwriter Sues Law Firm, Title Agency for Missing Escrow Funds

February 9, 2012

First American Title Insurance Co. filed a lawsuit against a Georgia law firm and its title company, as well as the bank that maintined the escrow and operating accounts, alleging the misappropriation of escrow funds has exposed the company to more than $1 million in claims.
