The Docket: Florida Court Rules Note Ownership Gives Standing to Foreclose

March 22, 2012

The Florida 5th District Court of Appeal reversed a trial court's decision ruling that possession of a note indorsed in blank is sufficient to confer standing to enforce a mortgage by foreclosure.
