ALTA Submits Suggested Outline for NAIC’s Escrow Theft White Paper

With the National Association of Insurance Commissioners drafting a white paper to help states mitigate escrow theft, ALTA submitted a recommended outline for the paper, as well as a compilation of industry controls used to protect escrow funds.
