The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's initiative to create a new mortgage disclosure combining the Truth in Lending Disclosure (TIL) and Good Faith Estimate ranks as lenders’ greatest compliance concern, according to QuestSoft’s fourth annual compliance survey.
