WFG Title Insurance Co., a licensed title insurance underwriter in California since 1925, is growing its presence in California, opening a retail title office in Irvine. The title underwriter also announced that the Orange County operation will be led by David Noble, senior vice president.

Noble has underwritten transactions throughout Southern California and across the country, including many local high profile projects.

In addition to Noble, WFG Title has made several additions to the client-facing retail operation. Joining the company are Kellie Thompson, senior commercial escrow officer, who has 18 years of escrow, title and mortgage lending experience; Robin Roseberry, title officer; Tim Blough, title officer; Al Japzon, title officer and Katheryn Natvidad, escrow assistant and payoff manager. Collectively, the team has over 110 years of title industry experience.
