The Docket: N.J. Supreme Court Addresses Technical Challenge to Foreclosure

The Docket is a monthly TitleNews Online feature provided by ALTA’s Title Counsel Committee that reviews significant court rulings and other legal developments, and explains the relevance to the title insurance industry. Today’s review of a recent ruling by the Supreme Court of New Jersey addressing a hyper-technical challenge to foreclosure documentation was provided by Bizhan Beiramee of the law firm Beiramee & Cohen.
