NAIC Drafting White Paper Addressing Use of Social Media in Insurance

The National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Social Media Working Group is in the process of drafting a white paper to help alert the industry to some regulatory issues, especially with agents’ use of Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
