Mortgage Lenders Embrace Paperless Technology Due to Regulatory Changes, Survey Shows

According to Xerox’s eighth annual “Path to Paperless” survey, 43 percent of respondents believe that the mortgage industry will close more than half of all loans as an eMortgage within the next four years.
