November 8, 2012
Following its recent growth into Texas, Title365 Co. announced it has expanded into Arizona with the opening of three offices in Maricopa County.
“The momentous growth of Title365 Company is evident in our expanding national footprint, 24/7/365 presence and unique value proposition for customers in Arizona,” noted Michael Tafoya, CEO of Title365. “I’m confident that the appointment of these senior managers will put Title365 on track to expand the size and stature of the organization throughout Arizona. Most importantly, each brings impressive industry experience that makes them invaluable to both our customers and to our staff.”
The company tapped industry veteran Anthony Nalbone as senior vice president and county manager to head the Arizona team. Prior to joining Title365, Nalbone was an executive with Old Republic Title Co. He has also served in executive-level positions at ClosingCorp Inc. and LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. While with LandAmerica, Nalbone held the position of vice president and corporate officer for LandAmerica Alliance Company (LAC), a wholly owned subsidiary of LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. During his tenure, he was responsible for all partnership development within a 20-state area for the former LandAmerica family of companies: Capital Title, Commonwealth Title, Gateway Title, Lawyers Title, Transnation Title and Southland Title. Highly experienced in all facets of the settlement services industry, Nalbone provided key national and local level business operations, fulfillment and compliance advice to a spectrum of business channels: agency, builder/developer, commercial, lender and residential operations.
In addition to Nalbone, Geoffrey Blum will serve as vice president. Blum held various senior sales and management positions with Equity Title Agency and specializes in the needs of professional real estate agents and lenders (asset managers) with regards to real estate owned (REO) transactions.
