The Docket: Pennsylvania Court Addresses Underwriter's Liability for Cancelled Agent

Even though the underwriter cancelled the agent and a CPL was not issued to the lender, the Pennsylvania Eastern District Court held that it was possible to hold the underwriter liable for its former agent’s misdeeds.
