Federal Conference Attendees Hear Update on MERS

During the State Regulatory and Legislative Regulatory Committee at ALTA’s Federal Conference on May 6, Bill Hultman, vice president of legislative affairs for MERSCORP Holding, provided an update on MERS, including including “day-to-day” litigation, recording fee and false claim suits challenging the system.
