CFPB Issues ‘Responsible Conduct’ Guidance

June 27, 2013

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau released a bulletin advising providers of consumer financial products and services the types of “responsible business conduct” expected out of companies s subject to its enforcement investigations. ALTA's Best Practices provide a blueprint so you can proactively develop and document policies and procedures that show how you protect consumers.
