Hawaii Passes Legislation Affecting Escrow Companies, Disclosure of Condo Projects

The legislation requires companies that hold escrow funds maintain a fidelity bond of at least $100,000 and carry an E&O policy of at least $250,000. Read on to learn what else the recently signed legislation requires.
