The Docket: Calif. Appeals Court Overturns $1M Decision Against Insurer

July 23, 2013

The Second District Court of Appeal reaffirmed the 1981 decision in Safeco Title Ins. Co. v. Moskopoulos, which addressed the question of whether and to what extent a title insurer must defend its insured against allegations that the insured engaged in misconduct.
