CFPB Provides Guidance on Mortgage Servicing Rules

October 15, 2013

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau released a bulletin and interim final rule on Oct. 15 to provide greater clarity to the market concerning mortgage servicing rules that take effect in January 2014.
