CFPB Files Second Brief in Longstanding RESPA Case

November 12, 2013

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau filed a second amicus brief in Edwards v. First American, which was addresses if consumers can bring class action lawsuits under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act even if they never suffered some actual injury.
