November 19, 2013
reQuire LLC, a provider of online release tracking and reporting, announced that Amy Plew has joined the company as chief operating officer.
As COO, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of reQuire's human resources, sales, marketing and operations departments. In her new role, Plew will focus on the optimization and improvement of business practices. This includes managing each department and meeting with directors to discuss growth strategies, fiscal matters and corporate developments.
"This is an exciting time to join the reQuire Team," Plew said. "It is rewarding to work for a well-respected national company that has continued to grow and I look forward to the opportunities and successes ahead."
With more than 20 years of administrative and operations management experience, Plew's background includes various roles in executive managerial services. She has held positions in finance, marketing and sales, and has worked as vice president for an event management company. Prior to joining reQuire, Plew started her own administrative consulting firm specializing in executive administrative services and operational efficiencies.
"reQuire's success as a company is directly tied to our ability to find key Team members committed to our customers' release tracking needs," said Daniel Morris, founder and CEO of reQuire. "Amy's combination of energy, skill, and experience will be a great asset to our growing Team and company."
Plew studied business administration at Northwood University and is pursuing her MBA with Indiana Wesleyan.
