WFG Appoints Managers for Agency Group

WFG National Title Insurance Co. has named executive vice presidents Charles Cain and Gene Rebadow to co-manage its agency group. Both will be charged with overseeing and leading the company’s work with independent title agencies in their respective geographic regions.
Cain, who has been promoted to the role of executive vice president of agency will oversee all operations pertaining to WFG’s relationship with independent agents in the company’s Central and National divisions. He has been with WFG since 2010, most recently serving as senior vice president managing the Midwestern agency region. A native of Cincinnati, he has been a licensed title insurance agent for more than 25 years and was an owner-operator of his own agency for 18 years. He has also served in private practice and worked in a senior position with another of the title industry’s largest underwriters prior to joining WFG. Overall, he has been in the title insurance industry since 1977 and is a frequent conference speaker on matters affecting title agents such as regulatory reform, RESPA and the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule.
Rebadow, who joined WFG in 2010 as well, will be executive vice president of agency. He will oversee WFG’s collaboration with independent agencies in the company’s Eastern division. He has over 35 years in the mortgage banking and title insurance industry. The majority of his experience is in agency management, having served lengthy tenures with two of the nation’s largest underwriters. He was previously a senior vice president overseeing agency matters in Florida, New York and New Jersey. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Greater Board of Realtors and the Niagara Frontier Builders Association in the Western New York area.
