The Palmetto Land Title Association is collecting donations to help those affected by the historic flooding that hit South Carolina and surrounding areas.

Any monetary donations should be made payable to the Palmetto Land Title Association.

About 40 percent of South Carolina saw an average of 19.5 inches of rain in a five-day period.
