The Docket: Maryland Court Rules Easement Can Be Created By a Memorandum in Compliance with Statute of Frauds

Michael Russo Jr. of the law firm Council Baradel, provided today’s review of a decision by the Maryland Court of Appeals that ruled an easement may be contained in the subdivision of a neighboring subdivision.
