The Docket: Appeals Court Sends Full Credit Bid Defense to Arizona Supreme Court

Sarah Cortvriend of the law firm Carlton Fields PA provided today’s review of a decision by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit that addressed whether a full-credit bid constitutes payment of lender’s title insurance policy when the lender purchases property at a trustee’s sale.
