The Docket: Tenth Circuit Addresses Lack of Access and Unmarketable Title

Russo Jr. of the law firm Council, Baradel, Kosmerl & Nolan P.A. provided today’s review of a decision by the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit that ruled the lack of permanent access cured with a 30-year right-of-way grant.
