Title, Settlement Agents Share Top Obstacles to E-mortgage Adoption

According to the survey from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, title and settlement agents believe the top pain points include the difficulty in managing multiple e-closing solutions, the lack of demand from lenders and the lack of trained staff to conduct e-closings.
