Florida to Stop Collecting Surcharge to Fund Underwriter Receiverships

November 10, 2016

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has required all underwriters to collect a surcharge on all title policies to support the receiverships of National Title Insurance Co. and KEL Title Insurance Group.
