North American Title Group names National Sales Trainer

North American Title Group LLC (NATG) has hired Kim Smith as national sales trainer.
Smith has 24 years of business development, management and training experience in title, real estate and lending.
“Kim’s experience selling to consumer markets and training sales teams across varying industries gives her a unique set of skills that she will be leveraging at NATG,” said Chad Nichols, national sales director. “Her approach fits well with the NATG culture of consultative sales. In addition, her ability to interact with sales teams and add value to any operation will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”
Prior to joining NATG, Smith worked as an enterprise sales trainer and program manager for a national title company. Previously, she was employed as a real estate agent and loan officer in Santa Rosa, Calif. She also worked in business development for two title companies and spent 14 years as a sales trainer in various industries.
“Sales and teaching are my passion,” Smith said. “I love helping salespeople overcome obstacles to their success. In this position, my experience as a real estate agent and loan officer will be crucial, as we work together to develop relevant solutions and insight that will foster our customers’ success. My ultimate goal will be to arm our customers with tools that can make a difference in their careers.”
