Title Agent Licensing Bill Introduced in Kentucky

January 17, 2017

The bill, which is supported by the Kentucky Land Title Association, would require title insurance agents to be licensed by the Department of Insurance and meet minimum qualification standards, to disclose fees charged to consumers and obtain continuing education.
