The Docket: Utah High Court Says Issues Ruling on Constructive Notice for Tax Sales

Justin Lischak Earley, vice president of underwriting for First American Title Insurance Co., provided today’s review of a recent decision by the Utah Supreme Court addressing constructive notice for tax sales of mineral estates.
