Simplifile Continues Network Expansion

Simplifile, a provider of real estate document collaboration and recording technologies for lenders, settlement agents and counties, has added many more new recording jurisdictions in states across the country.

“E-recording continues to gain momentum as more settlement agents and recording jurisdictions are realizing the time- and cost-saving benefits and the positive impact on borrower and lender satisfaction that e-recording provides,” said Paul Clifford, president of Simplifile. “With the addition of these new jurisdictions, Simplifile continues its efforts to expand the availability of e-recording nationwide.”
