The Docket: Lack of Understanding Extent of Easement Not Worthy of Claim

David H. Cox, director of the law firm Jackson & Campbell, provided today’s review of a ruling by the California appellate court, which held the reference to a Shared Road Maintenance Agreement was enough to alert insured to easements.
