Often, Shane Hartzler, vice president of strategic initiatives for Fannie Mae, hears from lenders that they feel the title industry is the barrier to the e-mortgage revolution. But that’s not the case, there’s not a lack of desire to adopt, Hartzler told attendees at ALTA SPRINGBOARD in Memphis.
